Quick Cash:
First put potions in all of your quick item slots. Now switch to the inventory screen and replace the rightmost potion with a gem. Now return to the adventure screen. Notice the picture of the potion you replaced with a gem still looks like a potion. Click it multiple times and return to the inventory screen. The number of gems should change from 1 to no number at all. Switch back to adventure screen and repeat the process...now you should have 65,000 gems.

Quick Level Gain and Easy Money:
When starting the game in the Town of Candlekeep do all the "Quests" (errands for guards, and other characters). That means anything that gives experience. Once you have done this go to the Character Screen and export your character. End the game and start a new game and import character. This allows you to start the game with the amount of experience that you had gained. Repeat until satisfied. If you started game as thief or strong warrior and thief has high enough lockpicking skills. You may bust or unlock a chest in the starting Inn on the second floor, that contains a gem that is worth 1,000 gold pieces. --submitted by fanatic

Combat trick for low level party:
This tactic requires two clerics/druids to be effective. One cleric heads into a zone you know has a pack of monsters, after casting sanctuary on himself. The monters cannot harm him, but they all focus on him. Next the Druid drops an entangle on the pack of monsters. Then the party opens up with missle fire and kills the helpless creatures. This will not work against enemies that have ranged attacks, but it helped our first level party kill packs of wolves & spiders with no trouble.

Getting the most out of your Bard:
Equip your Bard with a bow. When you enter combat start attacking a foe. After the first arrow fires click on Bardsong. Your Bard should keep shotting at the current target until it dies, plus you get the advantage of the song. You will need to manually pick a target after the first monster drops, and start the song over as well. --submitted by morehtml@hotmail.com

Anyway, make sure your fighters can use bows or crossbows. Your Stealthy thief can walk in range of enemies to spot them, and your other party members will engage the enemy with missiles 1 or 2 spaces OUTSIDE of the monsters visible range, thereby the monster will **usually** just stand there and get pummelled till he dies.

Try it, it works. My band of 1st level character destroyed Bassilus' party without a single casualty in this manner (heheh, took a couple tries tho :) Hope this helps.

How to handle ranged attacks:
For those (extremely irritating) encounters with ranged attack foes (of any variety, but mostly black talon elite, ankheg, kobold commandoes), try keeping one character equipped with all of your anti-ranged attack eq (e.g. girdle of piercing defense, those boots you can pick up, large shield, etc...). You can get this character to something like -12 against ranged (even better against arrows). Have this character engage the enemies by him/herself. The enemies will concentrate fire on this person (to little effect) leaving you to bring in the rest of the party to clean up....

...or, just use a couple fireballs...

p.s. I have found wands of monster summoning to be about the most
helpful items in the game...

Where to Find Characters to join in the Group:
You can Find Two adventures right in the Start after Gorion gets killed. They are a thief and a Mage on the Eastern edge of the map, (This is after the Thief from Candle keep Joins) They Insist that you take them to Nashkel, However if you have the Spell Detect Evil you will find that they are both Evil Characters. After they Join go to the Friendly Arms Inn, there you have a Fighter/Druid, and a Regular Fighter, the Druid/Fighter is a must do to the Entangle Spell, and Cure Light Wounds. Then Journey South to Nashkel, in the Middle of the Town there is a 2nd level Ranger for Service, he has the Wonder Hamster Boo with him :), there is also another 2nd level Ranger off to the western map from Bergeth, but you can only find him at night.... After you descend into the Mines, and Kill the Head Hancho
at the Bottom level, there is a Second level Magic user for Service, and he has a very nifty Sword also. (this Magic User can use only this Special Sword, but its nice because he has something else to fight with). As you can tell there is more than 6 people I have mentioned, it's up to you to mix and Match, The two in the Beginning are useless... and Die easily, I just disgarded them after that to make room for others. Here is a list of my Party

Sneak - Level 3 Paladin
Thief - Level 3 (This is the Girl who joins in the beginning, she
works best with a Bow)
Fighter/Druid - Level 2 (I give her a +1 Sling.)
Fighter - Level 3 (Good for a Sword and Shield)
Ranger - Level 3 ( excellent with a bow)
Magic User - Level 2 (With his Special Sword)

After moving up levels, My Paladin has gotten the ability to cast Cure
light Wounds Twice, therefore I have to Healers, Also Cure Poison Is a
MUST! If somone gets poisoned then you can't rest, because they Die! You need that Spell or Potion! Until you have it, don't go near Giant Spiders or Ghouls

Hope this Helps

Silence 15' Radius's Usefulness

I'm sure most parties are attacked/annoyed/agrivated when they meet an ogre mage or wizard and you can't beat it. If you have a cleric who can cast silence, 15' radius, HAVE THEM LEARN IT. It will prevent mages of ANY type from casting spells until the spell wears off. Very useful spell.

Big Money:
NOTE: This Code Reported Incorrect If you Know the Correct Code Submit it If this code Works/Doesnt work for you please Let Us Know!

Try this to get some serious spending cash.
In inventory, put a potion in each of your quick item slots. Then, replace one of the potions with a gem, preferably your most valuable one. Go out to the game, select that character and you should still see the potion in your quick item slot instead of the gem. Click quickly and repeatedly on the slot with the "bogus" potion. Do this for about 2-3 minutes (I'm not sure how long it takes, but I believe that clicking very quickly is the key) and the go back to your inventory. If the gem no longer has a number by it move the cursor over it, and it should now show 65,535(FFFF) gems. Depending on the value, I've gotten as much as 12 MILLION gold from the sale of this treasure.

Quick cash or equipment:
When you first start, you have access to magical weapons right at the begining. First go to the training room. The mage there will summon some allies and monsters. Kill all the monsters and steal your allies equipment. Export your guy before leaving the room and then restart. You should get some healing potions a wand of the heavens, wand of magic missles, +1 shield and some other items.

Character selection logic:
For your main character starting the game as anything but a human
fighter class is a waste of time. Here is my logic ( I have been playing/ DMing DnD for 12 years) In the end of the game the most powerful classes are spell casters, but in the beginning they are by far the weakest. So since you "lose" the game if you main guy dies you want to have him be some thing that can take some hits, best for that is a straight fighter type since they dont split hps like a multi class and can wear some heavy armor. Once you get to the point in the game where your party is all 3rd lvl + you can start to think about changing your main guys class to one of the spellcasting classes. This works out well
for you for alot of reasons. First your main guy now will have a ton
more hps then he should for being a mage or cleric, at this point you
will be fighting stuff that gives more exp so you will gain back those
lower lvls very fast, and once you pass your old fighter lvl you will be
a mage that can really do some good damage in combat with a weapon if they have too. To do this think ahead and make sure that you have
either good Int or Wis when you make your guy so you are ready when the time comes to change.

Combat Tips for Tougher Battles:
I've found that the more creatures working on your side, the better your chance of winning the battles. This is becuase the tougher critters are less likely to target you if they have a dozen others breathing down their necks. To achieve this, have at least one cleric who memorizes nothing but animate deads. Also, have at least one mage with a wand of summoning creatures. For traveling in the outdoors, I camp immediately after entering a new area, and upon waking, cast all the animate dead spells I have (3 at the moment), which yields me an army of 18 skeletons. Late in Chapters 4 and 5, however there are some tough indoor battles. Again, rest before you go inside to refresh your spells. Creatures won't follow you through doorways, so you will have to cast them right when you enter. In combat situations, have the cleric and the mage (equipped with the wand of summoning) aim their first spells directly in front of any enemy archer, mage, or cleric to distract the damage. Repeat this immediately until all the enemies are surrounded,
and pull them back. Finally, you can have your fighters/thieves equipped
with bows starting picking off the enemies one by one while the
skeletons/wolves/hobgoblins/knolls nibble at their heels.

Character Addition to your party/ Higher levels quicker:
The characters join up with you about 1 level above your current level. We all know that party experience is terrible, so here's how I beat the system. Start out as a fighter. Kill smaller things until you reach level 2. Save your game at the friendly arm inn. Go to the cleric. Attack her until you manage to kill her without her releasing a spell, or until you survive. Then go to the main inn keeper. Kill him. Together they're worth 2,000 exp (enough to go to level 3). Then go hunt Ankeg at the farm just below Baldur's Gate. Try doing this with the Paladin. The skulls are worth 500 a piece to your group at the town starting with a B which is below the beginning town(bad with names). Go to the armorer and drop all of them on the ground. Pick one up and sell it. Repeat until all sold. Go hunt more Ankheg(sp). They give 499 exp and 500 gold. When you've managed to gain a couple levels(I was level 4) Export your character. Then quit out, begin a new game, and import your old character w/out the bad rep for killing the innkeeper/cleric.

Second-Your not done yet. Go kill all the guards in the first town. (You should be able to by now). Take their armor and place it on the ground in one location. You should get 10 or more Plate. When they're all piled up, pick them all up. Export your character. Quit out, import, begin again with all the armor. Take as many trips as it takes getting all the armor into the square next to the inn keeper(you have too, that armor's too heavy to move all at once.) And then pick it all up. Sell it all at once to the inn keeper(or else the value will go from 300 to 120). Next go spend that money on healing potions. Both the blue ones and the more expensive purple ones at the healer(get all 15 blue ones, you can stack them in your inventory at 5 each). Repeat killing of all the guards for their armor. (DO NOT KEEP MONEY IT DOES NOT EXPORT with YOU!!!)

Third/Final- Repeat selling process once you've started over again.(Now with healing potions, money and more exp) Now go to the healer and donate 200. Then donate 300, three times. Then 400 then 500. You will get 18 popularity which will help you to get things cheaper( and after a few basic quests, one in the friendly arm retrieving a ring, you will get heroic rating (20) and things will be much CHEAPER to buy) and you should still have 1200 gold +.

The main thing is getting to level 3 so you can effectively kill the guards. Save all your money and sell everything on the first part of this so you can have the black smith make you Ankheg armor (25 lbs., AC 1). To have him do this, after you have 4000 gold(8 ankhegs :-) ), tell him you do not wish to sell him the skull right now, but he's the one you'll go to if you change your mind. He'll offer to make the armor. You have to putz around for about 5-10 days (arg!) but then you get awesome armor.

You can win the last battle without a scratch.

In order to do this, you need:

1. A thief with shadow armor, high stealth, and boots of speed
2. 2 mages, each with wands of fire, and plenty of summon monsters
spells and 1 haste memorized
3. 2-3 decent fighters/paladins/rangers
4. potions of giant strength (any variety is fine)

basically when you enter the citadel of Bhaal, save the game. Then have
the thief hide in shadows walk up to Sarevok without setting off the
traps, most of which are on the skull image on the floor. Since the
enemies cannot see you, they will not attack. at this point, have one of
your spell casters cast a fireball right at the steps in front of
Sarevok. this should draw out one of the mages...make sure you only draw out one mage, who will teleport really close to your party. At this
point, have everyone but the thief attack the mage before he sets off a
fireball. Killing him should be very easy. Then (your theif is still
spotting for your party) have your mages cast fireballs continuously at
the steps in front of Sarevok. Although Sarevok will take no damage, the Ogre and other mage will slowly take damage (like up to 100). You should expend 2 wands of fire doing this, but it doesnt matter since it is the final battle. If the mage and ogre are still alive, have your mage cast
a summon monsters within visual range of Sarevok Immediately have the monsters attack Sarevok. This is the funny part because the mage and ogre will show themselves even though they have like 10 hit points now. The dumb mage will cast a huge fireball right at the summoned monsters and kill all the summoned monsters, kill himself, and kill the ogre. Now have your thief come back to the party (who should always remain at the citadel's entrance, and save the game. Killing Sarevok requires brute force because he is magic resistant. Haste every one. Have your fighters drink the potions of giant strength. Have your thief walk within visual range of him, and start shooting arrows at him. He will follow the thief, so you should lure sarevok within visual range of the party. Then have your mages cast summon monsters right in front fo sarevok. He will begin killing the monsters like crazy (1 hit = 1 kill) but while he is distracted you can continue plinking him with the thief and mages while your hasted, giant strength fighters walk up and cut him to ribbons.

Stop those pesky Basilisks:
Cast Animated dead to have some skeletons come to your aid. They stay around for 8 game hours and you can command them just like your normal characters. Send a scout (either hidden in shadows or invisible) to find the basilisks. Have the skeletons attack the Basilisks as they are not affected by the flesh to stone attack (hehe they have no flesh you see). While the basilisks are fighting the skeletons move you team in and whack them with missiles.

As they last 8 hours, you can scout a whole map area. You get one skeleton per level of caster.

PS This strategy works with wyverns and other tough creatures too!

pesky sirines:
Send one character in preferably a fighter of some sort. But leave the
rest of your group well out of visual range. The Sirene will try to dire charm your fighter, but since the rest of your group is out of visual range of your fighter he will just sit there. when the spell wear's off the sirine will cast it again, (by this time their invisibility spell will have worn off as well, and they can only cast it once). When they run out of Dire charms ( I think it is 2 spells per creature) then bring in the rest of the party to help with the slaughter.

Thief / Mage teamwork:
Use your thief scout to spot the enemy. Then use the Mage to cast Web at the end of his visible sight before the enemy sees you. Then go to the edge of the web area and pelt them with bows. also works with any area affect spells as fireball and entangle. The thief NPC also does well with with the boots of speed checking out new areas, cities, or those pesky mines and sewers.

Combat trick for dealing with many creatures:
Some of the battles in baldur's gate are really hard. If your fighting
lot's of bosses that are inside a room you can pop in with a few archers
and mages, kill a boss with range attacks and pop back down the stairs or back out the door before the rest realize what hit'em.Another trick is with high level mages.Once you get minor globe of invulnerability you can create some really cool effects.Especially on humaniod bosses. My favorite is Stinking Cloud the bosses from off screen then put globe on a wade into the cloud.Next pop off 3 fireballs at your feet severely injuring if not killing anyone in the area.Any survivors should fall very easily.

Mages are the way:
Well, Unlike Robert bartelt I feel that mages are the best choice for a
Character. Imoen,The Thief that joins you at the very beginning, is a
excellent bow shot. Going to the bottom of the first screen you start on
( not candlekeep) you find the evil guys that protect you even more and
you don't have to go to Naskel at all, you just have to agree so they
will join. Take the spell blindness and you can beat any human mages and fighters because they can't see you, and take Larloch's minor drain to give you a ranged attack that additionally gives you more hit points
temporarily and leaves you back at full if you were hurt before you cast
it. I never used a healing potion and I now have a much more well
rounded party. The first magical weapons you receive is a
Quarterstaff(mage) and you have 4 fighter/thief types to do the grunt
work for you while you stand back casting magic missles and Identifying
all the items you find. the mage is the only character type missing from
the party once you get rid of the evil guys. Additionally when the going
really gets tough later on you'll wish you could save VS spell and wand
and such a little easier. Oh, and the fireballs are kinda nice too.

To gain good equipment, get rid of the evils, and go up a level right
away, you just go east one screen and then go to the NE corner of that
screen and go east to the Larwood screen. Almost right away you fight a lone bandit or two that go down quick and have Leather, a long sword, and bow&arrows. go east to the druid mount and let the evils stand up front during the first attack and you hang back. Let them die so that the exp is split just between you and Imoen. Now have the Oil o speed ready and confront the Shadow druid, drink down the oil and run around doing ranged attack( magic missile wand for the mages) and keep Imoen at a distance firing her bow at normal speed. No. 2 dies and you've goten a total of 2,000 exp just for those two druids. You will lose no rep and if you didn't run right over to the screen you should have them both up a level. now go to the Inn and blind the Mirror image mage and let the guards kill him. You are now second level and you grap your other two party members and start on your way.

Algernons cloak:
To get a robe that increases your charisma and will give you a breath weapon that gives you control of the spells target, go to the inn at bergost where tazok is staying. there will be a fat man in the room across the hall from him named algernon, or he will be wandering around. Take imoen up there save the game and pick pocket from algernon, hopefully her pick pocket is good enough but once you get it, have it identified and you can recruit any man, beast, critter, or monster good or evil on the spot.

Infinite money, exp, and items:
First, start a multiplayer game. You don't have to play with someone else, but this cheat only works in multiplayer. Create two (2) or more characters. Start the game and play until you have an item you want more of. Give that item to one of your characters and export them. Then give the item to your other character and export them. Save and then load the game. on the screen where you click the skulls to say you're ready, delete your characters, then import the characters you exported in the game. Start the game and all the characters you gave the item to will start with that item. Sell the item over and over again to get money, or duplicate quest items the get exp.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky

Go back one year from the events of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl. In Clear Sky, a group of stalkers has reached the heart of the Zone - Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant. An immense blowout of anomalous energy changes the Zone. There are no more reliable and relatively safe roads. Entire levels vanish in the outbursts of anomalies. Stalkers and even expeditions die or end up sealed on the lost territories. New areas, which remained unknown since the time of the Zone emergence, appear on the Zone map. Changes of the Zone map known to stalkers shake the fragile balance of forces in the Zone. Among the groupings, there flare up hostilities for the new territories, artifact fields and spheres of influence. Everyone is now out for himself. You are a mercenary who appeared at the edge of the opposition between stalker factions, Strelok and the Zone itself. You play the key role in the events that led to creation of the Zone up to the point from which the original S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game begins. Which faction will take the upper hand?

# Hades Gamma Cluster hidden missions

To play the hidden mission in the Plutus system of the Hades Gamma Cluster, get 75% Renegade. To play the hidden mission in the Cacus system, get 75% Paragon.
# Infinite credits

The following trick only works between the two indicated vendors. You can usually buy items back from Expat at half the price you sold them to Dr. Michel for. First, successfully complete the side quest involving Dr. Michel (from the Med Clinic) and her blackmailer. After the quest is complete, you will get a discount from all the goods she sells. Start selling her all of your expensive equipment. Then, travel to the Wards Markets, and talk to the merchant named Expat. You can buy all of your items back for cheaper than you sold them for. Return to Dr. Michel, and sell her all of your items again. Repeat this process as many times as desired.
# Infinite Paragon points

Go to your Galaxy Map, and travel to the Attican Beta cluster. You will receive a message from the Alliance Command telling you about a downed recon probe that you must retrieve a data module from. From there, travel to the Hercules system, and continue to the planet Eletania. After you reach the downed probe, you will discover that a monkey-like native has made off with the data module. Get back in the Mako, and go to your map. You will see three native colonies. Go towards the one in the middle of the three. Then, go into the mining shaft, and proceed through the tunnels until you reach the end. Search the two monkeys in that part of the shaft. One of them will have the data module. Save the game immediately after getting the module. Then, reload the saved game, and continue to press A to keep searching the monkey that had the data module. Your Paragon meter over the radar should increase each time you select the monkey. At approximately 300 Paragon, you will get the "Paragon" achievement. Note: If you have already completed this assignment, this glitch cannot be done.
# Infinite Paragon and Renegade points

On the Noveria planet, go to the hotel bar, and look for a Turian named Lorik Qui'in. Accept his quest to steal the data from his office. Once you get the data, the receptionist will ask you to get Qui'in to testify. Tell her you will do it, and then talk to Qui'in. Tell Qui'in that he should testify (top left option). When he refuses, select the Charm option (top left) for Paragon points or the Intimidate (bottom left) for Renegade points, and end the conversation. Talk to him again, and ask about the Matriarch. When he gets done talking about her, select the "Other questions" option (bottom right). You should now have the option to ask him to testify again (top left). He will refuse, and you will be able to use the Charm or Intimidate option again to gain another 24 Paragon or Renegade points. Repeat this process as many times as desired. You can also easily get the "Paragon" and "Renegade" achievements with the glitch.
# Easy experience points

To gain extra experience from battles, make sure to get out of the Mako for the final hit. You can weaken the stronger enemies from inside the Mako and then get out to finish them off. You will only get 60% of the experience if you kill enemies with the Mako.
# Easy Mako repairs

If your Mako is badly damaged and you do not want to or cannot spend Omni-gel to repair it, save your game, and reload it. Your Mako should now be totally repaired.
# Weapon that does not overheat

Get a HMWA X assault rifle with Frictionless Materials, Combat Optics X, and Snowblind Rounds X as upgrades.
# Saving weapon points

If you are a Soldier, level up weapons so you can use their bonuses and no further. For example, carnage is the shotgun's bonus. By doing this, you will have extra points for a desired weapon and points to level everything else completely out. You do not need the damage and accuracy bonus from the points because when you become a Spectre the best of every weapon becomes unlocked in the Normandy or at the C-SEC requisitions office.
# Lethal sniping

Equip any good sniper rifle (powerful and accurate) with High Explosive Rounds (highest level preferably). This combination will kill nearly every normal enemy it directly hits, and severely damage enemies in their proximity, if not killing them as well. For fun, if you shoot at the enemy's feet or the ground he is standing directly on top of, he will jettison into the air. Note: High Explosive Rounds work best only with sniper rifles as they are meant to kill with one shot. If it is used with a pistol, assault rifle, or shotgun, the weapon will overheat in less than five shots (depending on the type of weapon), regardless of upgrades and decency of the gun. This will make yourself vulnerable to enemies.
# Recommended weapon upgrades

The best weapon upgrades on any gun are Frictionless Materials X (28% heat damping, +7% damage), Kinetic Coil X (28% weapon stability, +7% damage), and Slegdehammer Rounds X (50% weapons force, + 60% poison damage, - 20 heat damping). Overall, the weapons stats you will end up with are 14% damage, +28 weapon stability, +50% weapon force, +60 poison, +8% heat damping. The poison damage also prevents shield regeneration. Also, any of the following combo of any grade is the best.

To build the most powerful weapons in the game, use the following. For pistols, assault rifles, and shotguns, use Frictionless Materials, Scram Rail, and Inferno Rounds. Once you can get the "X" level equipment, these will be the most powerful weapons in the game, but the combination should be used at any point you find these materials. For the sniper rifle, use two Frictionless Materials and High Explosive Rounds. The assault rifle will not overheat much at all, but for an assault rifle that does not overheat, you can use two Scram Rails and Snowblind Rounds. It is not as powerful as the first method, but is efficient.
# Finding all elements

The best way to find the elements, minerals, and anomalies on planets that you can explore is to drive along the edges of the operational area (the red area). Drive the Mako in a circle around the area to where you can barely see the edge of the red line. You should find at least two elements/minerals on each planet that can be explored. There are rare things that will not show up on your map -- you will also have to drive around like this to find them. There are several more items than you are required to find, but it is good to go ahead and get them if you need the experience points. Also, if you say the correct things to the Asari Consort, she will give you a trinket that will allow you to activate a Prothean Orb found on Eletania, or the "monkey" planet, in the Hercules system. It contains the memories of a Cro-Magnon that was observed by the Protheans. The Orb will show up as an anomaly on your map, in the lower left corner.
# Character classes

Adepts

Adepts are biotic specialists. Starting out equipped with pistols and light armor, the true strength of the adept is through the upgradeable implants that give them their biotic powers. These powers can be used to lift or throw objects, shield the party, and disable or destroy enemies.

Engineers

Engineers are tech specialists. Using the holographic OmniTool, they can decrypt security systems, repair and/or modify technical equipment, disrupt enemy weapons or shields, and heal their party. Even though they begin the game with only pistols and the OmniTool, engineers can unlock the ability to wear light armor and reverse engineer enemy technology. They can also learn to put up protective shields and heal the party.

Infiltrators

Infiltrators combine combat and tech abilities, and specialize in killing or disabling enemies at long range. Infiltrators are trained to use OmniTools, but the focus is on decryption and offensive abilities rather than healing. They can train with pistols or sniper rifles, and can learn to wear medium armor.

Sentinels

Sentinels combine biotic and tech abilities. Typically they use biotic abilities and advanced healing skills to defend allies, though they can also disrupt opponents with biotic or Tech attacks. They are more efficient at tech and biotics than other classes, but at the expense of combat. Sentinels can only use light armor, and receive no advanced weapon training.

Soldiers

Soldiers are combat specialists ideal for the front lines of a firefight. Soldiers begin the game trained with skills in both pistols and assault rifles, they have improved health and the ability to wear medium combat armor. As you progress through the game, you can unlock assault training, skills with shotguns and sniper rifles, become able to perform first aid on yourself and party members, and wear heavy combat armor.

Vanguards

Vanguards are biotic warriors. They combine offensive biotic abilities and weapons training to quickly take down opponents, and are especially deadly at short range. They can train with pistols and shotguns, and can learn to wear medium armor.

# Recommended career

Play as a War Hero Soldier first. By doing this, during your second play through you will have all of the money, weapons, and armor to use for the other careers.
# Ensuring experience points and gamerpoints

After a major plot has been played, make sure to talk to your crew. This will give you experience points for clues and boost your crew's morale. There is also a subplot for romance where you must choose who you want to have a relation with. You may lose the gamerpoints if you do not talk to the crew.
# Scan the Keepers in Citadel

After you speak to Chorban in the Citadel Tower, he will request that you scan the Keepers to collect data. There are 21 Keepers total throughout the compound. You will forfeit the chance to do this sidequest if you complete Jahleed's Fears. Here is a list of their locations:

Wards

One is in the hanger bay through C-Sec.
One is in the right-most room in the Presidium Wards Access corridor.
One is in the alleyway next to the market and Choras Den.
One is in the upper market area.
One is in the C-Sec Requisition Office.
One is in the Traffic Control Room in C-Sec.
One is inside Flux, by the quasar machines in the back left.
One is to the right of the Med Clinic entrance.
One is at the C-Sec Academy entrance.

Presidium

Four are inside Citadel Tower.
One is in the back room of the Emporium, left turn.
One is on the balcony of the Embassy lounge.
One is in the rectangular room at the right of the C-Sec HQ at the embassy.
One is outside Citadel Tower to the left of Avina.
One is in the Volus/Elcor office at the Embassy.
One is opposite of Avina, halway between the Consort Chambers and the Emporium.
One is outside the entrance of the Consort Chambers.
One is outside the Wards Access entrance, very close to the arguing Preaching Hana and C-Sec officer.

# Signal tracking in Citadel

While in the FLux, you will see a Quasar Machine that has a strange signal coming from it. It traces to the following place in order:

Wards Access Corridor: From the Medical Clinic, go to and up the elevator that takes you toward the Presidium. Take this corridor to a little area where people are talking. Check the terminal on the wall.

Financial District: Check Volus' Office, behind Volus.

Emporium: Turn right coming out of Volus' office, and go past the Emporium Shopkeeper to a back hallway. Then, turn right again. Here you will encounter an A.I. that threatens to blow you and itself up. After the conversation, select the A.I., and input the code to override. Finish before it is done Siphoning off credits, and you will get those credits. The amount varies, but you will get more the faster you enter the override code.

# ExoGeni PSI puzzle in Feros

In the ExoGeni facility, there are several claws that feed power that must be terminated to continue the mission. You will come across a control panel for the Shuttle Bay Door Controls. This panel has five switches of different pressures:

(5 PSI Valve) (7 PSI Valve) (17 PSI Valve) (11 PSI Valve) (13 PSI Valve)

The objective is to add just enough pressure to fill the gauge between the two arrows. Too much will reset the puzzle and you will have to play with different combinations. Once a correct pressure is reached, the bar will turn yellow and text under it will read "WARNING, HIGH PRESSURE". Enter 7, 11, and 13, then activate. This will create enough pressure to break the claw and deactivate the Geth power being flushed into ExoGeni.
# Puzzle solution in Noveria

On the planet Noveria, you must solve a puzzle after you enter the Core at Mira to restore activity to the compound. The solution is as follows. There are three columns. Four discs are in the left column. You must move all four discs to column two or three for the puzzle to be completed. "1" indicates the upper most ring, "4" is the lowest, etc.

Step 1

Move 1 to the middle.
Move 2 to the right.
Move 1 to the right on top of 2.
Move 3 to the middle.

Step 2

Move 1 to the left.
Move 2 to the middle on top of 3.
Move 1 to the middle on top of 2.
Move 4 to the right.

Step 3

Move 1 to the right.
Move 2 to the left.
Move 1 to the left on top of 2.
Move 3 to the right on top of 4.

Step 4

Move 1 to the middle.
Move 2 to the right.
Move 1 to the right.

These steps will solve the puzzle with all four discs being in the right column.
# Defeating the giant worm in Edolus

During the mission about the missing Marines, you will encounter a large worm creature. To defeat it, jump just before the projectile acid the worm spits, and attack it with missiles and constant gunfire.
# Defeating Thresher Maw in Edolus

The easiest way to defeat the Thresher Maw is after it has initially launched out of the ground to drive off, stay at a relative distance, and drive circles around it while firing. Because of your distance, it will not use its long-ranged attack or be able to cause melee damage. It will go back underground after a time or certain amount of damage is inflicted and will change the location it pops up. Repeat the circular attack to get away undamaged.
# Defeating Saren (before resurrection)

Use your rifle and strafe to avoid his rocket fire. Alternately, use the following trick to defeat Sarren without fighting him the first time in the Citadel. If you have your Charm or Intimidation all the way up, use the new chat options. You will eventually make Sarren kill himself.
# Defeating Saren (after resurrection)

Have your crew and yourself use biotic powers everytime Saren stops to shoot (usually when he is hanging on the wall). Only do it once when he stops, otherwise you will be wasting abilities.
# Reversed Earth

Once you have landed on Luna, Earth's moon, look for the view of Earth. When you zoom in on Earth, noticed that its image is reversed. For example, Florida is where California should be and vice versa.
# "Scholar" achievement codex locations

This achievement requires that you locate information on all primary Alien: Council Races, Extinct Races, and Non-Council Races.

Aliens: Council Races

Asari: Speak with Captain Anderson after the first meeting with the council.

Salarians: Speak with Captain Anderson after the first meeting with the council.

Turians: If you miss it at the beginning of the game, you can get it by speaking to people about Specters and Saran. Otherwise, it should appear after your first encounter with Ashley.

Aliens: Extinct Races

Rachni: Speak with the VI Avina near the Consort Chambers/Krogran Statue about the Rachni wars.

Protheans: Speak with Captain Anderson and Nihlus on the Normandy at the beginning of the game in the Communications Room. This is your only chance in the game to get this codex. If you miss it, you will not be able to recover it later in the game.

Aliens: Non-Council Races

Batarians: After you become a Spectre, speak with Captain Anderson about his Spectre activities at the Docking Bay.

Elcor: Speak with the diplomat Calyn in the embassy. He is located at the end of the hallway to the right of the Embassy Clerk next to Udina's office.

Geth: While on the mission Eden Prime you will receive this codex automatically.

Hanar: Speak with the Hanar Shopkeeper at the Emporium.

Keepers: Speak with the VI Avina in the northwest part of the Presidium. She is very close to the Preaching Hanar and C-Sec Turian whom are arguing.

Krogan: You get this automatically by entering Choras Den. A scene will play showing the Krogran Wrex.

Quarians: Speak with Garrus in the medical center after fighting the thugs.

Volus: Talk to the VI Avina closest to the Embassy Clerk. You will get this by asking the VI why the Volus were the first race to get an embassy.

# Easy "First Aid Specialist" achievement

Find a planet that has a Hazard level 1. Stand outside the Mako, and keep pressing [Heal]. Keep track of how many times you pressed [Heal]. If you do not pay attention and run out of Medi-Gel, you could die from the Hazard level.
# Easy ally achievements

Use the following trick to unlock all six ally achievements with only three playthroughs. When you start the game, focus on getting all six of your teammates. Choose two of them to play through the game with. Keep those two until you complete the majority of the game. You will get the ally achievement for the teammate you recruited first. After you get it, replace that teammate with another one as soon as possible. After the next assignment you complete, you will then unlock the ally achievement for the second teammate.
# Easy skill achievements

The quickest way to get the skill achievements (Lift, Sabotage, Warp, etc.) is to stand outside the Mako and use it for a target. Do each skill with your current character 75 times to get the achievements for each one. However, there are two things to note. First, Neuroshock does damage to the Mako. When you see it beginning to smoke, you must repair it. Second, AI Hacking does not apply. You will need to actually hack 75 AIs or hack a few repeatedly before you must destroy them. The best way to get this achievement is to play the mission where you must go to the Earth's moon, or "Luna", and stop the AIs in the training facility. Save the game before you go into one of the bunkers, and keep hacking them until you are finished, or reload and play again.

Star Wars Battlefront II

Star Wars Battlefront II improves upon the blockbuster multiplayer original with new space combat, playable Jedi, and never-before-seen environments straight out of final Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith film. The game features an all-new single-player experience that takes players through an epic, story-based saga where every action the player takes impacts the battlefront and, ultimately, the fate of the Star Wars galaxy. The sequel features improved flight control, complex space combat that allows players to board enemy capital ships and battle to take over flying command posts or sabotage the ship to be used against the other faction, increased total online player numbers, and memorable multiplayer encounters in 12 new locations. Online multiplayer action for up to 64 players on PC Windows (plus AI units). ESRB Rated T for Teen.
George Lucas Sucks. the Guy writes three of the worst scripts ever, completely destroys my favorite childhood mythos, and makes me swear that I won't get fooled again. And then his company releases Star Wars Battlefront II.and damn if I don't start whistling "The Imperial March" all over again.

Stay on Target
Unlike the prequel trilogy, Battlefront II improves upon its predecessor in virtually every way. Not only does it sport slicker graphics, improved bot A.I., and larger player limits, but it also brings home more new features than Cher after a visit to the plastic surgeon. First among these: the film-inspired single-player campaign, which follows Star Wars Episodes II through V from the perspective of a clone soldier. Want the stormtrooper's-eye view of Princess Leia's capture above Tatooine? How about flying a TIE bomber to take down General Grievous' flagship? Battlefront II has you covered. And if you earn enough points (for accomplishing mission objectives or just good ol' killin'), you can even take control of legendary Star Wars luminaries like Han Solo or Darth Maul.

And yes, I did just say "flying a TIE bomber." Battlefront II's fully fledged space combat mode might be the coolest new addition--though you may want to pick up a quality joystick or gamepad to get the most out of it. We're talking dozens of TIEs, X-wings, and other classic Star Wars spacecraft whizzing in and out among massive star destroyers and Corellian Corvettes; beam cannons illuminating the inky vacuum of space; and fevered cries of "I can't shake him!" issued from your wussy-ass wingmen. It may be a sad commentary, but Battlefront II stands as one of this year's best PC space sims.and it's an FPS.

EXECUTE ORDER 66!
And a damned good FPS, at that. The Force is strong here, supporting up to 64 players in a variety of game modes including capture the flag, conquest (think Battlefield 1942), the aforementioned space combat mode, and a revamped Galactic Conquest mode that overlays a board game-like strategic element onto the action. Even the modes rehashed from the first Battlefront come packed with bantha-loads of new weapons, classes, and vehicles.

The dark side rears its ugly head in only a few minor technical areas: Some of the maps, particularly the lush Yavin 4 and Felucia, suffer from heavy lag, and the game occasionally locks up or crashes outright during bigger confrontations. But overall, as a thrice-burned Star Wars fan, I'm pleasantly surprised by this game's quality. Ironically, it debuted on the same day as the Episode III DVD; by comparison, Battlefront II makes you wish Mr. Lucas had let the game designers have a crack at his screenplays, too.

Always Two, There Are
What's up with Star Wars and the number 2? Many fans recognize The Empire Strikes Back (the second film of the original trilogy) as the best in the series--but Star Wars-based games also seem to improve uncannily the second time around.

* Battlefront [3.5 stars, CGW #246] vs. Battlefront II [4 stars, CGW #258]
* Dark Forces [4 stars, CGW #130] vs. Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II [4.5 stars, CGW #161]
* Rogue Squadron [8/10, EGM #115] vs. Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader [9/10, EGM #149]
* X-Wing [predates CGW's rating system] vs. TIE Fighter [5 stars, CGW #123]
* Knights of the Old Republic [5 stars, CGW #235] vs. Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords [4.5 stars, CGW #250] (OK, so there's always one exception)

Space Siege

The survival of the human race lies entirely in your hands in Space Siege. This action role-playing game from Chris Taylor, the creator of the award-winning Dungeon Siege games, moves you out from the dungeons and into space.

You are Seth Walker, a crew member on the Armstrong, the only colony ship to survive a massive alien attack upon Earth. As the aliens descend upon the Armstrong, Walker must fend off the extraterrestrial threat using his wits and weapons. To help his cause, he can choose to augment his body with a variety of cybernetic upgrades available throughout the Armstrong - but with each mechanical improvement, he becomes more machine than man. In this spectacular sci-fi adventure, will you risk your own humanity to save the human race?

With multiple gameplay paths, it's easy to get lost in the immersive futuristic sci-fi environment. Each decision you make will affect both the gameplay and the story, creating surprise twists and turns and great replay-ability. You can improve Seth's fighting abilities with a vast array of cybernetic, armor, and weapon upgrades.

You're not completely alone in this fight -- your constant robot companion, HR-V, will help you in your battles with the alien enemy. And like you, HR-V can also be upgraded to deal massive damage and help you out in a variety of other ways. Up to four players can take part in the epic Space Siege battles, allowing for a variety of cooperative approaches to combat.

Free Identify
Never buy a ''Scroll of Identification'' while in town. Instead, talk with Deckard Cain. He will identify all of your items for free.

Assassin easy kill against bosses
This is a quick way to beat up bosses and powerful monsters with the Assassin from the expansion pack. You will need a high level Shock web skill, and a cold weapon or skill.

Freeze your opponent, then lay down a shock web or two at his feet. he will not be able to move because of the cold, so aiming should be easy.

This will interrupt the enemy, making him paralyzed if you did it right. Let the web do damage, and the cold should wear off sometime before the Shock Web does.

The enemy will still be interrupted, taking constant hits from the Shock web. Run up and freeze him again, then repeat once the first shock web dies out.

Note: Be VERY CAREFUL vs. monsters with Elemental Resistance. Can end up being a total waste of time and mana.

Defeating Diablo Quick
Everyone knows that 1 of the hardest big bad demons to defeat is Diablo. Choose a Necromancer & when you're at the level of 12 and above, keep adding the iron maiden skills to 10 or above. cast the curse on it and let him damage you for 2-3 times and he's gone!

Dual Weapons
To get 2 weapons at once without being a barbarian, all you have to do is:

1.) Look at the 1 and 2 slots on your Inventory screen.
2.) Put one item you want to use in the slot farthest to the left in the 1 slot.
3.) Take the other item, switch to the 2 slot, then bring it over to the slot farthest to the right but don't drop it in.
4.) Press W and right after (like a split-second) click the slot to put the item in.

That's all you have to do! It only shows one weapon, but it adds the mods together. DON'T TRY THIS ON A BARBARIAN! IT DELETES THE ITEMS!

Note: These cheats will not work with the new D2: LoD patch (version 1.09) that has been recently released by Blizzard.

Patience is a Virtue
In the first act after you kill the smith you get the chance to imbue an item.... wait until the 2nd or 3rd act before you use it so you end up with a much better imbued item!

Imbue Again
Before you want to imbue a item from Charsi, simply save and exit in case she gives you something that's not-that good. Go to the window where they display the Diablo 2 save game file. Copy and paste the file so that you have 2 of same save games. Use the first save game and imbue the item you want. If it is a not-that good item, exit and duplicate the second save game then delete your FIRST one. This cheat allows you to duplicate again and again.

Upgrade Sword
This is like gambling the type of prefix and/or suffix on swords. Take 3 chipped gems and put them in your Horadric Cube with your sword. When you transmute you will get some type of 3 socketed sword. My suggestion is to do this to get a 3 socketed Cruel Colossus Blade. You can do this "cheat" over and over all you want. In my experience, the higher the level you are the better chance of getting a more damaged weapon.

Want Infinite Life
If you're a Necromancer, then this is the cheat for you (it's more of a hint)! This works with all melee fighters except skeletons. Summon a Blood Golem and cast Iron Maiden onto the monsters you're fightin'. Iron Maiden will return the damage dealt to your Golem and act as the Golem's attack, giving life to you!

Easy Kill Mephisto
This trick works for zons/Sorcs. kill all the council members then go to the flaming pot on the left side then either firewall or shoot or use some ranged attack here. You will not get hit, let alone killed.

Extra Experience
Need more exp. to reach levels 80 and above? Here's what you do: download version 1.09 at BLIZZARD.com then use your character in single player, press the enter key and type: players,(space), then any number from 2-70. You'll suddenly realize that the monsters you battle will be harder to kill but they give more exp. P.S. I'm not sure if 70 is the limit but me and my friends a still testing to see if higher numbers work.

Diablo Orchestra
Want an uproar of sounds!? Hit the enter key and type: SoundChaosDebug.

Hint for Defeating Andariel
As you approach the Level 4 Jail there is the room that is filled with dark ones and some fire mages. Defeat them all by just running and killing first, the Shamans and next the projectile enemy fire mage. The other room next to this will be the room of Andariel the Queen. When I encountered it she had only 4 Dark Ones. With a Dark Shaman beating the 4 dark ones makes things easy. Fighting with Andariel face to face is too hard, so you better go back to the encampment and hire a 60 life Rogue to keep her busy. Stab Andariel from behind and presto your in ACT II. Then return to Andariel and the first thing you have to do is to sneak behind Andariel and blow her out as your Rogue (who you hired) is busy with her.

Easily Kill Andariel
OK. This is simple. Just buy from Akara a Scroll of Town Portal and go to see Andariel. Make sure you have potions & antidotes because she has a poison attack. Fight her and hurt her about to the half of her health bar. Then run to the room outside Andariel's lair and use the scroll of town portal or tome of town portal and go to rogue encampment. Heal yourself and do all the arrangements that you have to and go to visit Andariel, again. Now she has half her health, IT'S MAGIC!!!! Now kill her and pick up her stuff and WOW you are in ACT II.

Hint for Defeating Duriel
First, hire a mercenary from Griez. Enter Tal Rasha's chamber and cast a town portal for an emergency exit. The main trick for defeating Duriel is to bring lots of health potions and STAND and FIGHT. (You may use Blaze if you have the sorceress.) You will do less damage to Duriel with hit and run, with the exception of Blaze. You may die a few times, so keep your gold in your stash. Try to keep a Town Portal in the chamber to come back quickly. Also, Duriel's cold attack is a Demonic attack and not an elemental damage, so your cold resistance will be useless.

Killing Diablo
When you arrive at the point where you have to kill Diablo MAKE SURE that you have plenty of lightning and fire resistance. Although he lives in hell he has got a one hit kill lightning attack, and he will use it about every 30 to 45 seconds. You should also make sure you are over level 30 before you face him.

How To Kill Diablo Easily With A Sorceress
Once you unlock all of the seals go to Diablo and use 'Static Field'. Static Feild will kill him very quickly if you're at a high level. It also works on mini bosses.

-Need 2 computers and 2 CDs: Find something really cool or expensive. Copy your character (found in save directory) to another computer. Start a multiplayer game using your copied character. Join this game with the other computer and you will be able to copy items you already have by trading with yourself.

-After you complete the 5th quest of act one (The one given to you by Charsi) it is better if you wait until later in the game to have her imbue an item for you, because later in the game you can get better weapons and armor, and having her imbue one adds 3 - 5 magical attributes.

-If you play Multiplayer on Battle.net Click the blue Crystal in the center of the screen and it will turn Purple. If you look at the text box it will say "Gem Activated" Then start a game or join one and you will find at least one Gem shrine and if you have a Gem in your inventory it upgrades it.

-If you can't find anything good to buy all you have to do is leave town and come back, everyone should have all new items for sale.

Refilling Chests
If you find any chest in a cave that you want to go back to (golden). Just go do something else and after a little while it will refill with new and different items. This works with all chests in the game.

Get the Gold
When you go inside the houses in act1 click on the sheets of the bed to get extra gold.

Get the Dead Guy to Do It
To win battles by not fighting them, you must choose a Necromancer guy and kill any enemy, (You need a wand) cast the Raise Dead spell on the dead enemy. As soon as the corpse explodes a skeleton will start following you. Find some bad guys and run close to them, then run away. Your skeleton will fight until it dies. The level of the skill is the number of how many skeletons you can raise.

Unlimited Portals
To use this cheat, cast a Town Portal from a convenient location. Take the portal into town, but use the waypoint system and a bit of running to get back to your last location. With this, you can use the portal to go back into town an unlimited amount of times, but only if you never use it to go back. Note: A limited 2-way portal only used one way equals an unlimited 1-way portal.

Recovering Your Crap
When you die and you can't get back to the place where you died, simply leave your game and rejoin it, or join a new game.

More Money
If you want to get more money; identify your items because identified items are more valuable than unidentified. You also get more money if you repair items before selling them. For example if you repair any item for 100 and its value was before 200 now its value will be 300. An easy way to get extra money is in Tristam (act I,the Cairn Stone Quest). Find Wirt's body in the top left corner of map. He gives up quite a bit of money. If you save the game and exit to the title screen then start the game again you can keep going back to Tristam and getting Wirt's money.

Extra Storage
The legendary Horadric cube, found in Act II's Halls of the Dead (Dry Hills), can be placed into the personal stash to add extra storage. The cube itself only takes up 4 spaces but has a 12 space capacity when opened *Note: Be careful not to press the transmute button when doing this. The unique Viper Amulet, also found in Act II (Claw Viper Temple in the Lost City), can be retrieved a second time even after the Horadric Staff is completed and used to open Tal Rasha's Tomb. It serves as a really good amulet, especially on the Normal skill level, but does not compare to amulets found on Nightmare and Hell difficulties.

More Life or More Items
Normally you can't trade game items like Khalims flail or the Jade Figurine, but if you give the Jade Figurine to Meshif and get the golden bird you can trade that. All you have to do is find the figurine and turn it in to Meshif for the bird. Get online with a freind and give him the bird then log on with another character and have your friend give the bird to the other character. Repeat these steps, and storing the birds with the other character, then trade them to people for some really cool stuff! Whats worth more, a Wormskull bone helm or 3 birds of Ku'Ylea that together gives you 60 life! Exactly! Thats how to get either unlimited life or alot of cool items. Note:Just make sure you don't talk to Alkor with the Bird in your possession or the quest will be copleted and you will loose the ability do this tick.

Better Imbued Items
Ever have Charsi imbue an item and get effects that don't help at all? Here's a solution. After giving Charsi the item and having her imbue it, check to see if it is to your liking. If it is not, hit Ctrl + Esc. This should take you back to windows. Now hit Ctrl + Alt + Delete. This brings up a menu of programs running. Chose Diablo II and hit "End Task." This will either close Diablo II or in under 10 seconds bring a message saying program not responding. Just hit "end task" again and it will close Diablo II. If done quickly, the game will not have autosaved yet and you can reload your character and try again.

Assasin
The assasin is the best character (from the expansion) because of her blade and psychic hammer: not only does the blade follow your enemy, but if you use psychic hammer you can knockback them, keeping yourself aways away from your target but still in range to attack.

Choosing the best partner
Better you have one of this mercenaries to walk in the devil's land:

1-Soldiers from Act 3 or
2-Barbarians from Act 5.

Remember to give your assistant best weapons & armor. Also he/she will gain experience & level up so have one partner for ever.

More Magic Items & Exprience
Just type "players 8" in dialogue box (Enable with enter key) & then the difficulty changes into 8 player mode but you recieved great things that you never seen before!

Paladin's Auras Tip
When you play with class "PALADIN" choose this skills to be a real powerful character:

1- Don't select any "Defensive Aura" skill.

2- Just select Might & Enemy weaker Auras.

3- In combat skills choose offensive perks.

Lots Of Runes
It is said that the Secret Cow level is best place for finding runes, but that's not true. the best place is Forgotten Tower in Black Marsh in ACT I. Just kill the Countess in there and she will ALWAYS drop runes. and since patch 1.10 you can use the following cupe recepies to upgrade runes over Thul Rune. use these recepies to get runes Amn - Zod

3 Thul Runes + 1 Chipped Topaz = Amn Rune
3 Amn Runes + 1 Chipped Amethyst = Sol Rune
3 Sol Runes + 1 Chipped Sapphire = Shael Rune
3 Shael Runes + 1 Chipped Ruby = Dol Rune
3 Dol Runes + 1 Chipped Emerald = Hel Rune
3 Hel Runes + 1 Chipped Diamond = Io Rune
3 Io Runes + 1 Flawed Topaz = Lum Rune
3 Lum Runes + 1 Flawed Amethyst = Ko Rune
3 Ko Runes + 1 Flawed Sapphire = Fal Rune
3 Fal Runes + 1 Flawed Ruby = Lem Rune
3 Lem Runes + 1 Flawed Emerald = Pul Rune
2 Pul Runes + 1 Flawed Diamond = Um Rune
2 Um Runes + 1 Topaz = Mal Rune
2 Mal Runes + 1 Amethyst = Ist Rune
2 Ist Runes + 1 Sapphire = Gul Rune
2 Gul Runes + 1 Ruby = Vex Rune
2 Vex Runes + 1 Emerald = Ohm Rune
2 Ohm Runes + 1 Diamond = Lo Rune

2 Sur Runes + 1 Flawless Amethyst = Ber Rune
2 Ber Runes + 1 Flawless Sapphire = Jah Rune
2 Jah Runes + 1 Flawless Ruby = Cham Rune
2 Cham Runes + 1 Flawless Emerald = Zod Rune

This Doesn't Work on Battle.net!

Bring death to Diablo
When you fight with him, just avoid him to perform on you his powerful ray & then use portals, but when you fight him/others remember most important thing is be fast & have high-level weapon or skilled in one of your abilities.

Get more powerful
Use the cheat "players 8" & play the game & anything you received in game will be 8X. Like exp points, items, money & many more. ** Note: press enter & type: players 8.

Maximum advantages in a Difficulty
When you beat Baal don't start next difficulty. Just play & kill him sometimes & you will get powerful & rare items.

Best way of using Charsi's imbue
In which difficulty where you are (Normal,Nightmare or Hell) don't use Charsi's Imbue in first levels. Just play the game until you reach Baal & then you must have a normal Item (the best you found during the gameplay) then Imbue it ! Use this tip for other like Sockete bonus & personalize.

Nehbandani's Cheating Technique
If you want to cheating but also want avoid game crashes & unknown bugs. When you use a Save-File Editor just edit number of your skill point for skill tree & number of your state points.don't edit anyother things. If you want more flexible with game better you don't use cheats.

Unlimited imbues and socket equipment
You can have unlimited imbued item - You can keep em and unlimited socketed item without cheating or hex editing. You need 2 computers or a one with 2 simultaneous copies of Diblo 2 running, 2 different characters say a paladin and an amazon.Lets say the Paladin has been granted an imbue award. But he wants 2 objects to be imbued lets say a shield and a scepter. Make a copy of the paladin save game before you do this. Now go to Charsi and imbue the shield. Trade this shield to the amazon for safe keeping. Exit. Copy the backup save game you made earlier over the current one. Trade back your shield, and now you can even have the scepter imbued and get to keep it. So you have unlimited imbues.
The same can be done for socketed equipment.

An excellent loop hole in the diablo 2 sytem , too bad i discovered it when i unlocked hell.

You can even make copies out of your equipment. You can do this to get more runes,More life(The golden bird in act 3 can be duplicated)

Beating Andriel quickly
First off, prepare yourself. She has a powerful poison attack. Max out your poison resistence and push your poison length reduction to over 100%. Use a health stealing weapon so you would use less healing potions. Also for the Necromancer users, get up to a level 18 first so you can be able to use the blood golem and iron maiden. Oh, and if you have common sense, have further backup, have some skeleton mages handy.

One Player Game
If you have installed only battle.net and want to play single player first, on the main chat screen on battle.net click on "create game" then make a name but make a password that no one will guess (ie.balloon). When you create it no one will be able to guess the password and you will have a single player game.
